At Uhmami, as a bakery, wafer and hamburger bun manufacturer, we are committed to a philosophy of responsible growth, protecting the environment and supporting social projects.
Clean energy
In our facilities we have several photovoltaic panels.
Labour inclusion
We consider the integration and social and occupational training of people who are excluded from the labour market to be of paramount importance.
Waste recycling
We use recyclable cardboard packaging, made from 100% recycled paper and we work with companies specialising in the management of non-hazardous waste.
Food banks
At Uhmami we have an established policy for the regular donation of products to the most disadvantaged groups through food banks, non-profit organisations whose aim is to obtain and distribute food to welfare centres that look after the maintenance of people in need, among them: Shared Humanity of Aldaia, Sisters of the Company of the Cross of Seville of Aldaia and Caritas Alaquàs.
